1. Information We Process
Alex Buen Dia Studio may process configuration data, connected account identifiers, access tokens, generated content metadata, review status, scheduling data, and operational logs needed to run the content workflow.
2. Purpose
Data is used to create, review, schedule, and publish approved content to accounts connected by authorized users.
3. TikTok and Third-Party Platforms
When a user connects a third-party platform, the service uses the permissions granted by that platform only for the requested workflow, such as account identification, creator information, upload, publication, or status checks. For TikTok, the service may use user.info.basic to identify the connected account and video.publish to publish videos that have been approved through the studio workflow.
4. Secrets, Tokens, and Control
Access tokens and credentials are treated as sensitive operational data and are not intended to be publicly exposed. Authorized operators may disconnect platform accounts or revoke access through the connected platform when available.
5. Data Retention
Generated content, review records, and scheduling records may be retained while needed for operation, troubleshooting, audit, or project continuity.
